This
former observation tower, dedicated in the honor of
Duluth businessman Bert Enger in the 1930s, is located
on one of Duluth's highest points along Skyline Parkway.
Open to the public, visitors can climb the stairs to the
top for breathtaking views of Duluth's downtown,
waterfront, and surrounding area.
